Dear Agnimitra, We are sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating and upsetting it must have been to deal with such concerns, especially when traveling with family. It is completely unacceptable that you weren't not given your room on time. Our standard practice is to collect a refundable deposit to activate credit facility to the room account. It is not compulsory but we collect payment for any spot invoices occurs then and there. Your experience falls far below the standard anyone should expect from us, and I truly apologize for the stress and inconvenience this caused. Thank you for sharing your feedback.
