Provided room 213, hot water for bathing not available, electric power points not working. After complaining also couldn't resolve by them. Towel was not available with them. Event in complimentary breakfast, they have 1 omelette per person and the same informed by the waiter in a very rude way. If you are eggitarian or vegetarian then not big options. Importantly rude behaviour by the waiter. Even after complaint reception people couldn't do since he behaved in same way.

Unpleasant. Unclean. Staff is very less. Did not have a good experience. Was very tired form a trip and had to switch 2 rooms. After almost 3 hrs after checking in.

Terrible Bad Hotel, Staff and Service. I arrived at 4.00 PM but room was not ready it took another one hour. When I get rooms there were no bath towels, Door mats, No water. And they allocated a smoking room instead of my booking for non smoking room. There is no proper response from Room service and it took another one hour to get it after I went down to reception and asked. Their attitude is so bad. Stay or leave. Ramada management should relook at this propert. Hundreds of same kind of reviews and companints are there everywhere about this property but still no action.
