1.Facility is outdated. Not renovated ever since inaugurated more than 10 years back. Too much noisy, even the 5th floor i was in the noise was a welcome note once you are out of lift. Upon enquiry was told it is refrigerator or AC which is shaking whole floor with awkward noise. 3.No proper water flow in bathroom. 4. When asked for basic coffee cappuccino... Not available. Like over all exeperience is not good. The hotel appears to be outdated and hasn’t been renovated since its inauguration over 10 years ago. This lack of updates may contribute to a less-than-ideal experience for guests. Noise Levels: Noise seems to be a significant issue, even on the 5th floor. Some guests reported that the noise was noticeable immediately upon exiting the elevator. Upon inquiry, they were informed that it might be due to a shaking refrigerator or air conditioning unit. Water Flow in Bathrooms: There are complaints about inadequate water flow in the bathrooms. This inconvenience can significantly impact guests’ comfort during their stay. Lack of Basic Amenities: When a guest requested a basic coffee cappuccino, it was not available. This oversight can affect overall satisfaction. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel does offer some positives, such as its convenient location close to government offices, industrial areas, and amenities like supermarkets and restaurants. However, potential guests should be aware of the mentioned issues before booking their stay at ibis Lagos Ikeja12

The ibis ikeja was far better than the ibis near the airport, the staff is well behaved and the hotel is up to ibis’ international` standards

Ibis around the world has the kind of same setup. If you are on business trip, then it's fine. Not for family, as rooms are congested. Most of the room service comes with an exorbitant cost. Breakfast has lot of variety.
