It is good hotel, location lake side View from the hotel is very good, there pool inside with hot water, and also spa, my self & my family enjoyed very much, all staff are really nice, free car parking are available

We had made reservations month and half in advance and paid in full. While we reached the manager informed us that a big group had extended their stay and hence gave us accommodation at another hotel. Not apologetic at all. Terrible experience.
