Small hotel in a business place

Hotel in a byline without lift. Close to the lake with lot of eating joints. Hardly any choice in breakfast items. No fridge and locker in the room. Staff very nice.

The room had a beautiful lake view and the Annapurna Range view. The rooms are big and well ventilated and the service is good. But the hotel doesn't have lift facilities. It may be difficult for ill and aged people.

Hotel staff not available after 4 pm

We extended our stay for a day but hotel staff did not clean the room as suppose to clean the room every day and change the towel linen soap and shampoo etc. Hotel staff not well informed about local places visit and commutation. In such places hotel should have arrangement and agreement with local taxi so that tourists should not feel isolated and face harassment of local taxi drivers.

No lift in five storey hotel

No lift in the hotel. For food we need to go on roof top which is on sixth floor without lift. Staff good. Average hotel. Cost wise it is worth.
