Very good hotel nice location but bad maintenance

Very good hotel in a nice location close to Eagle square and Kuah jetty but at our stay the lift was not working at customer need. In our room intercom was not working. A/c not well in some rooms. We had 4 rooms booked there. Breakfast was OK but limited. Some staff very nice which made us stay only although lift was at there discretion.
