Location was good. Just adjacent to the Taman Negara jungle. Rooms were clean. Hotel staff were helpful and kind. But cheaper hotels are abundant on the other side of the river. Food is costly at the restaurant compared to the restaurants on the other side of the bank.

All rooms don't have telephones - a big hassle for people whose rooms are at least 10-15 minutes away from the reception. As a result, room service was close to non-existent for me. Food was decent though. The setting is picturesque as well. In the end though, there is something missing.

Don't buy canopy walk package. One may duo this without any guide. Ambience is very good. Location is good. We enjoyed canopy walk, night safari, night jungle walk. Worth a visit at least once.
