Great place to stay but check-in was horrible

Hotel is in a new part of the city, close to the river. Check-in was horrible. I was waiting for 15 minutes because other receptionist was only "assistant" to main. Fortunately, after this, stay was very fine. Room was big, with nice city view. Breakfast with high variety, only area is a little strange - big tables for 6-8 persons when you travel as a pair is uncomfortable. I recommend Best Western Vilnius.
