    Very basic hotel

    Despite the hillton brand the hotel services are poor. No availability of veg food. Staff is very limited and location is heavy traffic area of nairobi

    This is old hotel in mid of city with too much traffic all the time. This property can't be considered 5 star anymore. There are better places with in same price range. Food quality is below average. Service is pathetic. Whatever time you go, there is traffic all the time. Entry and exit from hotel is quite cumbersome.

    We spend one night in Hilton Nairobi, the staff were friendly. However, the facility needs renovation and many channels on the tv didn't work. The downtown location was a mixed blessing at first but I found out it worked out very well. Discovering Uber was a nice surprise. Overall my stay was OK.
