The stay was so perfect. Special thanks you the receptionist staff Ms Makhabbat . She was really helpful and co-operative. Even she stepped ahead and gave us some important information about some places . The breakfast was good and the room was clean and large to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids.

The stay was very nice. Specially the hospitality of the receptionist named as makhabbat. She was so helpful and friendly and i really appreciate her extensive support to find a good spot to visit and a restaurant to eat inside almaty. I will definitely recommend this property.

Holiday inn express will offer you a comfortable stay, the location is good and is adjacent to the forum mall where you will find each and everything to enhance your stay. The housekeeping department was also nice and the rooms were cleaned appropriately on the daily basis. Only con which i feel - limited options in the buffet for the vegetarians and even non vegetarians. Will recommend this hotel without breakfast to the travellers.

Location 8/10, rest 4/10. Breakfast buffet had very limited options, there was no variation. We literally got served the same food for the 5 days we stayed. The house keeping was extremely shabby. The room was cleaned only when we asked to get it cleaned. One day we got very late from a day tour, and requested for plates and cutlery at 10 pm to eat the food which we had packed and were told a blatant no. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Very very basic.

The worst experience in my life i’m writing this review sitting inside hotel without electricity and i got stuck in the elevator for almost 15 minutes and no one was responding and its a surprise for me that this incident is happened from one of the best hotel group in world wide holiday inn express

Excellent! stayed for 4 nights at the holiday inn express. Found the staff extremely friendly, very nice and helpful. Rooms were very clean, location close to restaurants and mall. Breakfast had a good variety daily. Downside - room was small. Would definitely stay again but book a bigger size room.
