    Good staff , food, location

    Great stay. Staff - Dedicated and helpful. Helped us in visiting nearby places. Rooms - Rooms are clean and maintained everyday. They have a deducted water filter at the floor instead of replacing plastic bottles every now and then. Not very spacious but adequate compared to other hotels. Hotel - Situated in peaceful downtown area. Two metro stations at walkable distance. Lots of restaurants nearby. A metro station away from dotobori. Breakfast - Good Japanese breakfast but variety is limited but sufficient.

    We had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel Holiday Inn Express Osaka City Centre .The Hotel is in a Great Location. Rooms & Toilets are very well maintained and clean. Service & Behaviour of the Hotel Staff are also very good.
