So the location is right near the Venezia Santa Lucia train station which is so great because you have to drag your luggage yourself. The rooms are very comfortable. All amenities are there. Only cons- breakfast spread is a bit limited and the rooms are a bit smaller

The hotel didn’t have ac! not even a fan! rooms are placed in very confusing mezzanine way of arrangement. Very bad experience and should book the local small hotels rather for half the price.

Our stay was nice and comfortable. Breakfast area as well as the spread is lovely and rooms are spacious. The only inconvenience was that they didnt serve any complimentary water at arrival. We got complimentary bottle(s) of water everywhere in italy except for this hotel.

The hotel is located in good location .. Make my trip booking gave a room very small and not canal facing again I have to pay huge money to change to canal view ... Cleaniness is good and the reception is very helpful in guiding various activities around.

The staff was good, location excellent, rooms particularly very nice and well maintained. Would certainly recommend. Though most of the activity is in St Marks piazza, still walking for 20 to 25 min is not a hassle, I would prefer this location.
