Very nice stay but staff is very irresponsible

Sole E Luna is totally worth it. It was our cheapest yet the best stay in our eurotrip. The rooms are very spacious & clean. The hotel is located at 10 mins walking from Colosseum & everything is nearby. We had an amazing stay. The only big issue we faced is service. There is hardly anyone at the reception & no matter how many times you call them on the number given on the reception, they neither answer nor reply to your calls or messages on whatsapp. The AC is chargeable, which is fine. Also, the breakfast is served in the room, so you don't have the buffet option. But other than that, you don't really need anyone at the reception, because the place is very safe. The gentry is very nice. I communicated with a few persons in other rooms & all were very nice.

We liked the hotel very much and would definitely stay there during our future visits Excellent location, very helpful staff kindly giving recommendation for lovely local restaurants, and romantic experience for couples - the breakfast is served in bed every morning :) Would definitely recommend it !!!
