Decent hotel with great owner

We chose this hotel due to its location as we were on an educational trip and had to go to university Biomedica everyday. The services were decent, not too great but fair enough. But the owner and his son were really great. They were always considerate of any demands we made. Apart from providing breakfast, there was a small kitchen. On asking for just one pan, they provided us with plenty of utensils of all sorts. They also arranged for a cab transfer to airport at a fairly reasonable rate. There is a scope of improvement in breakfast as all things they offered were sweet, nothing salty was there in the menu. But overall, we enjoyed our stay.
