Experience was good, Novotel Roma Eur has all the facilities with hygenic conditions. The restaurant do not operate on saturday and subday (which sounds funny), the restaturant staff showed pure biased approach during breakfast time, they do not give even a smile to clients (most pathetic). We enjoyed because we have more facination towards Rome city.

Nice Novotel Roma Eur and good housekeeping. In reception at day1, it was found the arrogance. But, later on all fine. We can rate the breakfast also high. The overall experience of stay was good.
