Good Hotel Raffaello, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western and nice service with a very good view and excellent service by the staff, smooth check in and smooth check out, better value for money and good hospitality by all the staff person. Good view and better service from the Hotel Raffaello, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western rooms Reception and staff was very helpful especially a girl who greeted us on arrival. Rooms are very spacious and pool area is nice too. The breakfast is also varied. The only downside is you have to go to reception if you need internet as the internet reception in the rooms is not good at all. Hotel gets a bit more populated in the weekends.

Great location. Great value for money. Amazing breakfast. Few mins walk from all important tourist places. Close to metro station.

The location is superb. It is in the city centre and close to the bus station, 4 minutes walk to the metro station and 6 minutes walk to Roma termini train station. Breakfast is standard and okay in terms of what you get in Italy (its almost the same everywhere). The staff was very courteous and helpful. The rooms were cosy and appear very well in true ventilation style. In Rome, I suggest get the 'roma pass' which makes life easier as with this you can hop on and off using any of the public transport like bus, tram and metro.
