Reception staff is very hospitable, good nice spacious room. Overall a comfortable stay but must say housekeeping is not up to the mark.

My suggestion to anyone and everyone is avoid this place and this hotel. Gangsters are standing in front of every hotel, bank, atms, restaurants. They will try to loot you any way possible including physical contact. I booked this hotel for 2 days but due to such a bad surrounding I left next day itself. Hotel doest provide even tooth brush.

Awesome hotel in a crazy city

The hotel was great, our room was big and spacious, great bathroom and toilet, the WiFi was great as well. The staff was helpful and cool. Napoli is a crazy city and you need all the help you can get there, so just ask at the reception. The view from the roof is spectacular. The location is a bit away from the center and the proximity of the central station makes it a bit of a gamble because of the crime, but to be honest it felt safe. Would recommend and visit again.

Great hotel in a perfect location

In the centre of Naples opposite the metro station, this hotel is a haven after the hustle & bustle of busy Naples. It has a lovely roof terrace overlooking the city & out towards the bay on one side & great views of Vesuvius on the other. The staff are friendly & attentive, the room was spacious, immaculately.
