A Perfect Family Getaway – Wonderfully Kid-Friendly!

We recently stayed at Indigo Resort Bintan and had such a fantastic experience that I had to share! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how warm, welcoming, and family-oriented the resort is. It’s clear that families with children are thoughtfully considered in every aspect of the resort’s design and service. Our 5-year-old absolutely loved the kids’ play area—it was clean, safe, and full of engaging activities. The staff was incredible with children: friendly, attentive, and always ready with a smile or a fun game. We were especially impressed by the kid-friendly menu at the restaurant, which offered healthy and delicious options our little one actually enjoyed (no small feat!). The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with enough space for our child to move around safely. The beach is just a short walk away and has shallow waters perfect for young swimmers, with plenty of shaded areas for parents to relax while keeping an eye on the kids. What truly stood out was the sense of peace and ease. Everything we needed as a family was right there—whether it was a high chair, a stroller-friendly path, or a staff member happy to lend a hand. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already planning our next stay. Highly recommend Indigo Resort Bintan for families with young kids—it’s a little slice of paradise with big hearts.
