Not worth according to the money charged for stay

Few problems which I faced here AC water leakage and even after multiple complaints it was repaired at 11 pm. No charging sockets available. Wi-fi issues, poor signals in the room, it was hard time accessing the internet. Dairy creamer was missing for tea.

The villa is nothing but a waste of money. The pool was so dirty that you can't even get into it. The only AC is in the bedroom which is very small and suffocating. The fan in the living room runs at the lowest speed, so you have no choice but to stay in the bedroom. There is no welcome drink and fruit plate on arrival as promised. The massage was terrible. The ladies did not even know the basics. I can do a better massage than them. The restaurant is in the open so you have to sweat a lot to have your breakfast. We booked it for 2 days but could not even stay for 1 day.

Worst experience need my money refund back

It was horrible experience to stay at Uppala Villa in Seminayk, Bali I want my money refund for this stay and booking. List of worst hospitality I have experienced first in my life time is so big but few major things are as below. 1. Old AC units in rooms was not chilling the room even and rooms temperature was may be 26-28 degree in tropical coastal area even after hours of running the AC, even at mid night after complaint they changed the Villa but AC problem remain same in another room too. Linkages in AC, rooms get wet by water coming from. 2. Basic need in every hotel is to get water in the bathrooms but out of our 5 villas there was problem with 3 villas for no water coming from showers in the bathrooms and it was giving drip drip drop drop which will take time of hours to get wet the body. Even after complaints 3 times they were unable to resolve the issue and we need to use another 1 Villa of friends who was lucky to get water in their bathroom, taps, showers. 3. There was no AC in living rooms that's okay but fan in living room's speed was nothing but 0 which means it was not given is equal. 4. Bathrooms was not good, old, dirty, no toiletries except soap. But soap dispenser was also empty.

Terrible Stay

Very old building no proper maintenance and lighting. The Villa is not properly planned. Could have done better in the space available for each Villa. Pool is not maintained properly. Water is not changed everyday.
