Location is ok . But if you want morning walk in nature there is no place to do so . Also we are Indian and very limited menu with same taste of all . Swimming pool if very big and good . Overall experience is ok

Terrible place for Vegetarian/ Vegan!!

First the location - it is in middle of nowhere. There are just deserted roads around for almost 2km. No shops no cafe nothing. They dont even have shuttle service to the market area which most hotels provide. Hotel restaurant has just 5-6 vegetarian dishes which they have same menu everyday even in breakfast. Staying here for 4 nights food was a nightmare. Room was nice and spacious. Spa was good. Staff were very polite and courteous. Breakfast service was very slow.

Very close to nature, Pool view, Forest view, Excellent Breakfast options, Early morning packed breakfast options for adventure trips. Good Indian food and Indonesian food. Great Hospitality

We stayed at The Westin for five days with our baby and nanny, and while the location, amenities, and service staff were great, the management and supervisors were completely unhelpful. We had requested interconnected rooms, but despite multiple follow-ups, we were not given them for the first three nights. When we decided to extend our stay and even recommended the hotel to our friends, they received offers, while we, who had been staying longer, got nothing—not even a small upgrade or a simple voucher. The front desk staff, especially the trainees, were clueless. Two different staff members gave us different rates for car rentals, and one trainee couldn't even find our booking despite being shown our reference number and voucher multiple times. As Bonvoy members, we expected at least basic recognition, but we received no perks. The most ridiculous part? We were charged for one apple for our baby—even though apples were freely available at breakfast and the gym. When we raised the issue, Sri from the staff initially assured us of compensation but later backtracked and charged us for drinks instead. The only saving grace was the restaurant staff, who were accommodating and went out of their way to prepare special dishes. However, the management and supervisors need serious training in accountability, consistency, and guest satisfaction. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) – Only for the location, amenities, and service staff. The rest needs major improvement.

Splendid Stay & Food (Absolute pleasure)

From entering into the hotel (Special welcome with flower garland and rice Pooja and staff greeting with smile), greeting at the front reception, and the room cleaning , room service (house keeping was so polite , onto their toes and had a smile on face always) was all so much amazing. Furthermore us being pure vegetarian didn’t face any issues in food and the credit for which purely goes to Head Chef Andika (who greated us , made us ensured that we shall get the tasty food and delivery of food was top notch - tried new cuisines too ) and devy the lady who served just like absolute family. Absolute recommendation - kudos to the whole tabia restaurant team and house keeping of Westin (must visit Westin - best in bali👍)

The stay started with us check in early with no extra cost, the staff were very friendly and considerate the room in which I stayed in was of top quality with bathtub and a personal garden view the room was really cosy with the complimentary mini bar😊. Overall 10/10 to westinn looking forward to visit them again and thanks to make my trip for such a fast hassle free booking🙏
