Location, staff, service, ambience-everything is 10/10. We ask for wine opener and they send us the wine glasses with it, we ask for an extra pillow n blanket, they send us the complete extra cot with bedding without any fuss. Water sports were just next door and beach right in front. They have a minim-art 24/7 open and also have nice shops in the Sol Benoa Bali All Inclusive premises to collect few last minute souvenirs. I couldn’t ask for more just one point no indian food counter in the breakfast

We book a taxi and reached at mela benova. It’s located on beach. Nice hospitality. Pool, restaurant and bar all good. Breakfast was also yummy. Best service by all staff. Room was big ant neat and clean. If i will come to bali again, than i will book same Sol Benoa Bali All Inclusive. Thanks make my trip for best deal.

I visited the resort with my wife for 3 days. I was impressed with the professionalism and the courtesy of the staff. The resort was very clean, neat and spacious enough. There is some sort of entertainment every evening. The pool and beach are well kept. I definitely could have spent some more time there. Good.

The property has a great convenient location with direct beach access. There staff was very helpful and friendly and service was great too. There are many indian restaurants nearby and connectivity is also good for local transport. Overall we had a great stay.

The location was excellent and the lady in the kitchen really helped us a lot by preparing special vegan food for us. But the overall room hygiene was not that great. The property is marvelous though. They follow the utmost safety standards.

Property is good. Room does not have a jet spray for toilet. Staff is good if you are making request you have to do it in advance for 2 days. Staff does not know english so their was a huge oroblem in communication

It has a nice beachfront and big property. One can walk around the beach on the pathway or go around with cycle. Good food good choices at restaurant. Rooms are big and nicely decorated

The location of the Sol Benoa Bali All Inclusive was excellent it opened right to the beach although the rooms could be better maintained for a property like this, maybe be upgrade to a few modern facilities.

Hotel is clean and beautiful with all modern amenities, large swimming pool and restaurant by the beach.

The property is good. Only problem is that the rooms are not clean, though they are big. The bookshelf had cobwebs. The coffee counter had several ant holes. The refrigerator was not cooling at all.

Resort was perfect. It has sea access which was amazing. The service is quick and helpful. There are many food varieties too.

Very good beach property with clean rooms and amenities. The only drawback was their constant breakfast menu.
