    Good food but rooms were not main

    The property was built right but was not maintained. Washroom had water seepage and had very bad smell. Room had good view but it could be maintained more... beds and the blanket could have been cleaned. Food of the hotel was good

    Volcano terrace bali is an excellent stay for family. Close to places of interests and the hotel arranges trips at a far lesser cost than quoted in the brochures. The staffs are polite, very well behaved and catered to our needs promptly. Food presentation and taste is excellent. The view from our room was breathtaking. The room itself was aesthetically done and was picture perfect. We had our breakfast on the deck beside the private pool with the view of the mountain in front of us - altogether it is a memorable stay.
