- no place nearby in range of 2km for food or taxi booking. - after reaching at 3pm we were conveyed that they cannot arrange taxi service for the evening or next day trip. - without taxi service nusa penida is a waste of time. - fornunately they gave us 2 wheeler which helped us reach some place for dinner. No dinner at the hotel. - with no help from hotel with taxi booking, we had to book extremely expensive external taxi. - very poor choice of breakfast, no option for vegetatians. Veg fried rice also smelt strongly of egg. After this experience, i felt that nusa penida itself is not worth (other than diamond beach. The expensive bumpy journey on boat to end up facing this kind of hospitality is not worth it.

Stayed at kesar glory for one night and unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, with dust, some ants and debris noticeable in several areas. Staff members were not particularly friendly or attentive to guest needs. On the positive side, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.
