We stayed for two nights at grand mega resort. This is my worst experience in my life. Firstly the bathroom has a slide door to close which is not closing as it got jammed. There is gap which disturbs privacy. Room service is very bad. They did not change the towels and when i asked for water bottle at the reception they say only limit two. We used only one and they put only one bottle. The room is not clean and there is dust. No hot water during shower.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel, haunted rooms with spider webs and full dirt ac doesn't work in most rooms and in some rooms if it works it's in one corner. And breakfast is terrible with full ants around sugar and fruits, please skip!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future
