Terrible Stay

I am greatly disappointed to have booked your property for 3 days. We reached at 9.30 to find the room had not been cleaned the beds were unmade the dirty towels were lying around and the bin had not been cleared. We were told to adjust and the matter would be sorted out in the morning. One staff member came and changed the sheets but was not carrying fresh towels. Towels and the toilet rolls were also missing. One of your staff members came just now - at almost 1 pm with the towels and still did not get the toilet rolls.we reached late and could not buy them last night which was very harassing. He came into the room and checked that the hob was not working. You should actually speak to them and get us a regund if at least one day for all rooms. Otherwise I will never use MMT again
