Pathetic bad

Only one thing is good, that's only location. Service is bad, no maintenance of property. Washroom doors have broken locks. The staff is super rude. Showers have no door. Moreover limited power sockets in room. No proper room heating. They use bed sheets to cover the broken window from the cold air to come in.
