Not satisfactory at all and we did not stay there.

Recently when I visited Hong Kong, the room was completely different which was shown in the images. In the pictures there was the window view but in actual it wasn’t there. Tea kettle was also shown and that was not there too. The room was very small, very congested and choking due to which we were forced to change our hotel as it was impossible to spend one night. That was total money and time wastage. Even MakeMyTrip tried to help but hotel representatives were not compromising on any point and just showed as way out.
