The management charged 1500 hkd for some stains in the bed made by the children. plus no guidance on what amenities that can be used (For example swimming pool or kids play area) provided. Money minded hotel with stingy nature, typical of Hong Kong. Maccau in contrast is full of smiles and warm welcome (Coloane resort for example).

The hotel is at a very prime location. Just 200-300 mtrs from Metro station. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus service to metro station and Metroplaza for shopping. There is a cafe in the hotel. The room size is small but very clean and hygienic. Free water facility in the hotel due to water cooler installation in every floor.

The worst experience with the service as i have requested for refund or at-least some amount as i have not stayed in this property due to visa issue. It has not arrived from the ambassy but mmt doesnt help me in this case i have requested a call back also they just ignored for sure i am going to put this bad review about mmt on every-social media platform. Google. Trust pilot quora linkedln facebook instagram where-ever its requried.

Smooth check in and offered late check out. Neat and clean. The staff was polite and most helpful. The location is distant from the main areas, however with the metro being very close to the property, moving around is a breeze.

Reception staff not too friendly or helpful. No smile or greeting upon meeting no drinking water provided room wasn’t cleaned when came back in the night. Room was nice and clean and basic bathroom accessories were stocked up well.
