I had made a booking for novum boulevard, but when i reached the hotel, the staff said the hotel is closed and transferred me to hotel novum bruy, which was way to far away from the city. Also i had booked a triple room, but in the hotel when i checked in, the staff said triple room is unavailable and hence allotted me a twin room and a single room. The hotel does not even have a door bell and intercom, absolute chaos.

The hotel is comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent at the end of Konigstrasse yet it is quiet. Réception staff are very helpful and accommodating. Parking is available at an extra charge. The rooms are a tiny bit small but overall fine. If possible do not take breakfast here as it is around €14 per person, and just outside the hotel you will find plenty of cafés to choose from.
