The hotel is at good location, right on tge highway. You can walk or take a taxi to ski points or new gudauri. The best part is free sauna and jacuzzi in the hotel. The breakfast, though quite good has less vegan options so be careful. But overall good experience.

Stay at best western gudauri was just amazing. Indian restaurant was good, breakfast was also very good. The facilities and services too good. The booked a room with balcony and view was to die for.

Property's location was nice... Amenities were okay, rooms were small Didn't find it value for money.. Also, the restaurant service is slow, also found it to be expensive, especially water (they only give 2 bottles of 500ml as complimentary between 2 people) which is very less. They sell water for 3 laris, which is available at less than 1 lari in a near by supermarket... so, carry your own water... I had booked a cab to Tbilisi via them and also to friendship monument for which they did not had an option of paying via card, manager said, it's mandatory to pay by cash only, which made me suspicious of the manager having any sort of commission in these such transactions... best is to get your own cabs from Tbilisi only ... We took a one way cab from Tbilisi to Gudari in 125 laris via yandex, but the return cab, which hotel manager helped us book, asked for 350 laris, which we negotiated to 280 laris, which is more than twice, but we had no option, as yandex was not available... overall, i didn't find my stay as value for money at this property...

Check in was denied. Because these was no power and gas check in was denied and hence we went through lot of for harassment as we had to pay driver extra also room we got was expensive as we reached late night with limited options

The hotel was very cute and the staff at the reception specially during morning shift was very friendly and super helpful. She went out of way to suggest places to explore in gudauri and kazbegi. The housekeeping staff were prompt and quick. All this made our stay pleasant and really comfortable. Our room was very cozy with mountain view. It was simply breathtaking. To top it all, we were very lucky to find an indian restaurant called lunch bokx right below our hotel. It was a saviour. We never thought we could get such delicious food on the mountain. I was simply amazed at their sift chapatis. We would definitely want to visit again.

It was the best and pleasant stay at best western. Staff ladies at reception counter were courteous and v friendly. V professional, greeted well. Rooms were awesome. All services were excellent. Food at breakfast was widespread and delicious. Overall stay we enjoyed.
