If your going to this countries you have to only stay at the Scandic Scandic Park Helsinkis. The best in class price, quality, service and facilities. Most importantly near central locations.
The best part is it's facing the park and lake which is really beautiful. Breakfast is the best.

Situated at a walking distance from city center. Breakfast was good. Easily accessible by public transport.
Mattress was not good. Creates backache.
