We stayed in Luxor and this Steigenberger Nile Palace with my family for 3 nights. Staff is friendly. We took hot air balloon very early in morning at 4 am and the Steigenberger Nile Palace is ready with breakfast boxes as we were to visit Valley of Kings thereafter. The Steigenberger Nile Palace has Italian and Lebanese restaurant and the chef arranged for the Vegetarian food to our liking. It's safe to walk around the Steigenberger Nile Palace. The horse carriage fellows try to nag you a bit, as Egypt is going through some difficult time on tourism. Hope the good days will return soon. There is an Indian restaurant very close by.

Hotel is located at very good location, just beside Nile River. Not far from airport. Room was nice and clean. We had a breakfast box packed for us as we were leaving for morning Hot air balloon ride, so the Steigenberger Nile Palace staff prepared it for us at 4. 30am in the morning. The breakfast was average. Check in and out procedure was easy
