Very old property with old furniture no cleanliness, and room services is horrible, after calling again and again then your order got fulfilled they dont care about the requirements of people for room cleaning i called them to clean room in morning 9 am before going to my work and when i returned in evening at 6 or 7 pm till then nothing is changes in room no cleaning and have to call them every 10 mins then they clean the room, cleaning means changing towels and makeup the room

Stayed for 5 nights. Pros: awesome breakfast spread, quality and freshness is topnotch. Hotel stuffs are friendly. Cons: old building, room is not impressive, bedsheets, pillow covers are not the best quality.

Bread toaster was not working and nobody taken care of even after complaint, it was not clear with any food item veg or non veg.
Outer fitting of light in front of bathroom was ready to fell down any time like towel stand in bathroom and locking to bathroom was not possible because lock was not working and to enter in the room again a big task to do try with the key for at least three four times.

The hotel is good and clean and with easily accessible location. The breakfast is very good and they have a swimming pool. The main problem is that the Free WiFi is not working good at all times. Most of the time we need to remind the staff to provide complementary water and coffee.

Location of the hotel is very good and accessible. When I checked in they gave room which was not cleaned. Internet is very bad. When I complained about cleanliness and internet the staff did'nt even responded properly for my complaint. Even assistant manager on duty also did the same. When I complained to my travel agent I got a response that hotel staff will get back to us soon, but they didn't do anything.

The hotel is in dokki and accessible to all places. The main problem is with Wi-Fi which doesn't work at all. Even after complaining for many times it was not resolved. Room is good but not the standard of a 5 star.
