Our all is a good hotel but english breakfasr is not avilable. Room is clean and neat, bath rooms are good, only one shower gun is there they could have gievn one tap

What a nightmare to travel 12 hours and reach a hotel which has musty rooms with no air and airconditioning locked at 35c. In the first room the ac powered off and refused to come back on. They promptly changed by room, here the ac temp was locked at 35c. I was told it will take time to kick-in so i showered & left for my meeting at 4pm - returned at 10pm only to find no change in the room temp. Outside was 35c-in the room was also 35c. They showed me 4 other rooms including a massive executive suite which all had the same issue. So they agreed to give me a refund after deduction of 1n charges ( i didnt have the energy to argue as the 2nd major issue here is no one speaks english so i was using my phone translator all the time. Late at night i moved to another hotel.
