Good stay but reception staff hopeless

Although the stay is good and the food is very good but reception staff hopeless when i made reservation i provided my credit card detail and it was verified with rs. 1. 00 charged and i got message that hotel will charge to my credit card but day after check in reception staff asked me to pay in cash when ever i crossed reception i asked them you are supposed to charge my cc then why are you asking for cash, but i had to withdraw money from atm and paid cash to them as i was not carrying extra money because i was sure that they will charge my cc it felt very bad when they asked for 3 - 4 times before check out next day
