1. Booked a room with a complementary breakfast, but I was refused by the hotel and had to pay the entire bill for breakfast. While informed, Make My Trip confirmed that they will resolve the issue within 72 hours but even after seven days, no positive reply has been received. 2. Food is very costly but the quantity was very less. 3. However, support from Make My Trip is not at all satisfactory
