Helpful staff and clean rooms

We were on honeymoon and my husband had asked for decorating the room for which the owner agreed. However, a heavy amount was charged while checking out without prior intimation. Food is mediocre and the hotel is located little away from the city but hotel is super clean and the staff is helpful.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I ever stayed with. The staffs, food, room space even single thing was top notch. I stayed here for almost 3 nights and the hospitality we received is something very special. Food quality and quantity is excellent. The hotel management also helped us in obtaining our permit to Punakha as well as getting taxi for local sightseeing. Will definitely recommend this place.

Worth every penny. Great stay and good indian food. Don't go for non veg food as in Thimphu. All chicken and meat are frozen and kept for long days.

A budget friendly in the Hills of Thimpu. The rooms were spacious and clean. Food was average and I feel that the hotel needs to be more staffed. The owner was very effective in communication and was very helpful in our requirements. Overall a good stay!

Thank you for your valuable feedback. Extremely sorry for the food part. We have a young chef currently and is a bit inexperienced in terms of variety of food. We have a good number of staffs but many had taken leave from duty due to the annual festival in Thimphu.

Excellent hotel, but service is poor, water in the dispenser turned out to be unhygienic, tape water. Room and toilets were clean, bed was also clean. Hotel staff was also very friendly. Few grocery shops near the hotel. Beautiful natural scenery nearby hotel area.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. The dispenser is a boiler cum, filter, where you get boiling hot water at the same time ice cold water. Guess the staff on duty failed to explain it to you. Please be assured its completely safe to drink. Thank you.

In this hotel we stayed with group of students, the hotel management was very helpful. Staffs behave very nicely. Morning breakfast they kept a minimum 3 options along with toast, cornflakes and one Indian breakfast. The place is around 2-3 km from main city. But it maintained very well. this one good for the group for also family stay.

Staffs are very friendly. Even they guided regarding our tour. Food. Lastly the early morning view from the our room was breath taking. Just one thing we don't like as the location was bit out of main city.
