It was very good experience spending one night at shahdag hotel the all the facilities are fine . but the furniture is a bit old. Zipline was not included at the spot

Decent option out of the handful resorts in shahdag. The property is pretty old and service left a lot to be desired but the rooms were huge and the swimming pool was nice

Hotel Shahdag truly lives up to it’s name “Mountain of kings”. A beautiful resort placed right within snow capped hills and a lake nearby. You will find mesmerising views all around the property. Hospitality is commendable and the staff is always there to help you with warm smiles.

Excellent hotel and perfect location. All the activities were just at a walking distance. Very spacious room. Please opt for Mountain View for an amazing view.

I stayed there for 2 nights and those were the highlight of our trip, breakfast was superb with plenty of options and awesome taste, property was very well managed and maintained. They provide free shuttle service for all activities area whole day, and Shahdag rollercoaster was accessible from property itself and they have a special counter for all the activities information Staff was very helpful. They have heated pool, and it was great swimming in hot water while there is snowfall outside

Location is excellent and have access to coaster ride from the hotel. You can also play in snow as it is accessible from hotel. Food options are good with 4-5 restaurants in periphery including 2 at hotel. We stayed in junior suite room with Mountain View and room was very large and comfortable. Highly recommendable.

Room is good but Activity information desk is misguiding the guest for their personal interest. No central booking and information centre for foreign guests. Our children wanted to do more Ice activities and we had limited time but information desk provided wrong information on timing and misguided to go for off-roading first due to which we missed most of Ice activities.

hotel is located in the central part of the activities area. Near n tidy however the staff behaviour is not friendly. They provided complementary cake on the occasion of my Son's birthday upon request. Language is a big challenge to communicate with the staff. Food spread is good however Indians will find it difficult to fill themselves.

The resort itself is beautiful, loved the hospitality, everything was fine but this one guy at the reception was really rude haven’t met any receptionist so rude. Also I would like to talk about this guy I guess was from the security who scammed us while we were looking for a taxi on our way back. He and the taxi guy assured us for 100 manat pay back to Baku but when we reached the city the driver asked us to pay 100 USD or else he’ll take us to the police. We knew we haven’t done anything wrong and were well aware of the scams so we decided to go to the police. Finally we settled on 140manat. This just to give you all an idea never take taxi from outside the hotel as the hotel security is also involved in the scam. Shahdag Hotel is great but its staff is maligning its reputation. I would recommend people use Bolt to commute.

it was an awesome stay on the mountain with snow experience. rooms are spacious, staffs are cooperative and delicious breakfast too. There is a heated indoor pool as well to swim near the snow . overall very pleasant stay for family.

This property was worth more than anything around and of course the highest point 3251 skiing amenities
