We booked 5 rooms for 3 nights. The property itself is very nice and offers great amenities such as a good restaurant, spa, and library. However, there were a few drawbacks. We felt that the staff’s attitude came across as somewhat discriminatory. Despite booking double-bed rooms, we were allotted twin rooms with smaller beds. Additionally, although rooms were available, they did not allow us to check in early.

The room was great spacious but at the time of check in we were denied about the check in as they said we have cancelled the booking

we stayed for a day here, we found good place, room.was good, infian food, amenities were good. recommended for all.

What an amazing stay it was. The hotel is located at a very good place - where you can visit Deniz Mall in few mins, Fenicular ride is at a walking distance, Baku Eye is right infront of the hotel, and many super markets in the vicinity. The lady at the front desk was amazingly helpful who helped me to check-in and even during check-out (unfortunately, I forgot her name). All in, an amazing stay.

I had a very good stay with beautiful view at the hotel their customer services is amazing & breakfast has huge variety. Only down side is mattress is very soft that it press down deeply if u sit.

narendra. Had 8 night stay at sheraton baku in-tourist hotel in baku. Excellent location just opposite to baku eye. Well appointed rooms with good house keeping. Most courteous staff. Being vegetarian, only thing lacking is vegetarian food.
