Novotel Vienna is very close to the OBB station which makes commutation very very easy. Lot of indian restaurants near by. Also the Spar supermarket which is very closer you can food items at a very low cost. Worth for the money paid for this hotel

The location is superb. Rooms are decent. The parking charges are a lot! 25€ per day. They give 2 packets of tea coffee precisely and no way of getting more. But the location is fabulous.

Nice property, clean property, excellent location with good connectivity, only drawback is the communication from the room to the reception as there are no phones in the room. All kinds of food available near by. Worth a stay for sure.

The room does not even have an intercom. The front desk staff is rude. No one responds on the qr code given in the room for contact. When you call yourselves a 4 star hotel, some basic minimum is supposed to be maintained. It feels more like a hostel, than a hotel. Wouldn't recommend.

A good hotel with great staff. They were quite helpful with everything that was required. The location is perfect with just a minute walk to the station. Be mindful that the rooms are quite small for our liking but i think everything was just perfect. The restaurant isn’t much to speak about. Netflix or amazon would have been a plus point as all channels were local so there wasn’t much we could do with the tv in the room. View from the room

The location is great just opposite the main train station. Easy access to underground metro and trams also. Lots of restaurants and shopping available around and in the station about 3 tram stops away from stephansplatz. Hotel staff were courteous and kind. Room was clean and spacious and well maintained. There are direct trains from airport to the hauptbahnhof (station) so good connectivity for out station trains and for taking flights.

Best location if you want good connectivity, it’s walking distance from the main railway station, the place itself is not very lively but if you can adapt to travel-ling through subway or metro, train and tram you can reach any place in minutes, room was spacious as it was a family room, breakfast was good but expensive, staff is cooperative. Overall i like it because of its location.

A good Novotel Wien Hauptbahnhof with great staff. They were quite helpful with everything that was required. The location is perfect with just a minute walk to the station.
