Stay at Hilton Da nang was amazing. We booked for a room for three person and they provided three separate beds as per our wishes with extra bed at no cost. The view from the room was river view and it was enchanting. There was a what’s app message conversation with hotel staff readily available to serve you. The breakfast had lots of dishes as per individual taste. The overall experience was satisfying and will recommend this hotel to all.

horrible behaviour by front desk staff(lady staff)

I am giving 1star rating because of un professional and rude behaviour from front desk staff(lady staff) at Hilton de nang. We checked in 15th feb 2025 night around 11.30 pm (we booked river view room in advance) and it was room without river view, and then we went down again and asked her to give us river view room only, she denied it rudely, saying all river view rooms are full, i was like what non sense is this? How they can take full money from me for river view room and then say all river view rooms are full? That also from big brands like Hilton? And when I started raising my voice then only another front desk staff (Mr Ramsey) gave me river view room to 609....so my suggestion to Hilton hotel management- change your front desk staff (lady) who despite having river view room denied us giving it, and she was very rude with us.....Being a Hilton brand i expected better service from your front desk staff.

Bad check-in experience, but excellently made up by f&b service team

Really bad experience during check-in, they said no to every request that was made. But then the f&b team was amazing with their service, special mention about ms. An, ma. Dash and manager mr. Hui. Thanks. But terribly disappointed with makemytrip - the booking was including dinner- which was all but a soup and starter/one dish as was mentioned to me by the hotel, which was not mentioned by makemytrip. They called it dinner. Will never use makemytrip again.
