We checked in during the weekend and this Palma Beach Resort and Spa resort is one of the best place we have been in UAQ..The facilities and Services are really excellent..The Hotel Manager Mr Hassan is really professional and have provided us with the best response to our inquiries and request..The Front Desk Staff Ms Shiri ,Vinaya and Fazal are so warm welcoming and are really nice and polite.Even their House Keeping staffs Muktar ,Vishal, Hasib ,Prakash and Shamim are superb in providing us with their assistance in our room..Again we will be coming back next week and I really want to suggest this Hotel Resort to all my friends here in UAE

We arrived at this egyptian themed Palma Beach Resort and Spa complex late in the evening for a 2-nights stay. The greeting was friendly, the check-in process easy, the rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed the bowling, table tennis and billiard. The food was ok but not so much what we would have expected. The location of our rooms by the pool can be nasty at times because of the noise from different sources until early morning. Palm a saray is offering shisha, big-screen tv and culinary traits. Overall it was a pleasant stay especially for families.

Great experience! staff are very nice and accomodating. Place is so clean, room is so nice, pool is clean and big, food is awesome. We had massage also by ms jesse and it was really relaxing and shes professional. Me and my partner love her massage if i compare to other spa we went. Kayak is also a great experience for us, we enjoy alot. Overall, i give a thumbs up to the resort!

The property was very clean, many common areas for bbq, nice view on swimming pool and the employees were nice and show a good hospitality. Coffees-hop has a nice view as well.
