My experience was very exceptional. Definitely will comeback really soon. Big thanks to mohamed (concierge) he is a topnotch and an asset of double tree DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf. He gave us the best customer service experience that every customer should get. Two thumbs up. Will comeback again soon and refer some friends to try double tree al jadaf

Front office staff need to be professional in thei work.

The property as a whole is neat and clean. My only negative was the front office staff they were talking giggling between them, making fun of each other's seems not attentive to what i was trying to ask them. The front office is the face of the DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf need to be more professional.

Nice DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf with clean rooms. Great location and lots of super markets and food options around. Walkable distance to the metro and taxis available at convenience.
