Middle management staff is not at all courteous. They don’t take ownership of anything. They treat customers as if u need u stay else we don’t care.

This hotel is a hidden gem its location gives it good connectivity its neat and clean with all amenities along with a lush green garden the food is spot on with an indian cheff whos i most receptive to request the staff is most courteous and always smiling i will definitely visit this hotel again on my next visit.
