HOTEL LIED AND EXPLOITED US

Hi, I had mistakenly booked my stay for the previous day and called the hotel regarding this issue. I am turkey, so the chat or call weren’t connecting to the agent as well. They had informed us that they would arrange the booking for us the next day as per my schedule since we had already stayed there 10 days ago, ie; on 24, 25 & 26th of march. Since they had convinced us that they’d sort us, we had not to tried to cancel But upon the arrival, they changed their terms and we were asked to pay double the price, despite our previous stay and expenditure of almost 400£ in the same place, after promising that they’d be considerate . It was very disappointing, to make us trust them and then deceive us with no mercy.
