Fake 5 star hotel

I stay there for 3 night but experience was too bad. No staff to support you even you have to carry your luggage by own. No water to drink at room. Room cleanness is not up to the mark of 5 star hotel. Food quality is to poor. There is no option for vegetarian. There is no travel desk in the hotel. It’s totally fake 5 star rating. I suggest not to stay in this hotel.
