Beautiful location, thank fully not at busy patong but still near enough to have fun, plenty of children activities, can leave the kids in the property carefree, very safe, child friendly, courteous staff, but food was not up to our taste, remember in low tides the beach becomes a little rocky otherwise in normal times it’s no problem, live shows were there - but management team could improve a little by giving personal attention and understanding the specific needs of guests - eg : we inquired whether phi phi trip was open : they said it was closed but then they should have called us up when it opened so that we could enjoy - this slackness made us really sad as we were wanting to go to phi phi island and it was booked by the time we came to know about it - so personal attention was missing

The property is beautiful in itself. And has a lot of activities covered at the location. . It is located very close to pattong. The only thing i feel they need to work on is food options, i think they need to add a little more variety for they restaurants for lunch and dinner. If u stay for 4days and more u run out of options and there are no restaurants at walking distance. The staff are very approachable and friendly. Special mention to intern niche working at merchant kitchen, she was very very attentive to my daughters demands and very efficient at her work. the Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beach was superb to stay in, the highlight for us was exploring private beach with corals and reef with free snorkeling gear that was provided, must try for everyone. the dining area smell was little unbearable for us being vegetarians the pool bar was also a treat to experience, the Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beach staff is excellent in terms of service as well. because the property is on the hill side, lot of scary insects were there on the way to the room though, but understandable when you are loving this close to nature

One of the best stays if you are with family. Amazing and peaceful beach. 10 mins drive to patong center & thief complimentary shuttles save you big bucks! specially for kids this place rocks. They have everything to keep the little ones entertained. The breakfast spread is good but if you want an indian touch on the menu, you do not have options. Apart from patong moving around rest of Phuket can be challenging as everything is at-least an hours drive.

The resort is located about an hour away from the airport and is situated in a beautiful corner of patong beach. Absolutely fell in love with the property, everything looks and feels brand new and the facilities were great. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. However i was was very surprised by the quality of food. There aren’t many options available so you’re not really spoiled for choice.

Very nice place we also stated at intercontinental for four days after marriott but we feel marriott is better in all counts than intercontinental. Lots of friends told in intercontinental is the best but sorry we disagree. Service is batter bfast is batter and pools are better than intercontinental. Services at front desk at intercontinental is bad. For our next trip marriott is best for us.

Very professional and helpful staffs although bit outskirt from patong area which will require you to book taxi/cab always

The resort is located little away from the main patong beach. It has its own private beach. Overall the stay was quite good and the staff is very helpful.

Marriott merlin beach resort is perfect places for family with exclusive beach and excellent hospitality. You can let your kids safely play anywhere within resort premises. I love to come back again

Phuket Merlon beach was an amazing resort and an amazing resort for all purposes, be it business, family, and couples. We stayed here for 5 nights in total and a very satisfying experience overall.
