Indra Regent Hotel

1. *Centara Pattaya Hotel* We visited the Centara Pattaya Hotel from 16th October 2025 to 19th October 2025 and we had the best experience at the Centara Pattaya Hotel. Highly impressed with its super clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was very polite and friendly. The team at the hotel took a good care of our aged parents, ensuring that they were comfortable throughout the stay period there.. There was a lavish spread during the breakfast and we were spoilt for choices... Chef John was very patient with my father, preparing the dish exactly how we wanted... Overall it was a great experience and strongly recommend *Centara Pattaya Hotel* for it's wonderful hospitality and courteous staff... 2. *Indra Regent Hotel, Bangkok* We visited Indra Regent Hotel in Bangkok from the 19th October 2025 to 21st October 2025. It was a pleasant stay. We had a family suite and the rooms were huge and well maintained... One thing we observed was that, the property was run and maintained mostly by women staff.... they were very helpful especially towards our parents.

The property's location is just very near to Pratunam market, Indeed its the right hub and the metro station is just a walk away distance wherein you can connect to the metro. Since I am Indian, so Indian and Pakistani restaurants along with thai restaurants are very near. The hotel staff is courteous and helpful, and the rooms are clean and good. Overall experience 10/10

This my worst stay experience at Indra regent hotel. there was only one receptionist to receive. and the reception is closed between 6.30 pm to morning 7.30 am. the restaurant for breakfast is closed and we are provided with set menu limited.. there were only around 20 guests in the 400 roo hotel. kindly do not recommend to anybody in the future. AC was not effective and there is no one available for room service .we felt thet we were entered in to desersed area.

Horrible hotel.. you will find no one for help. I booked smoking room and paid too much for this stay.. at the time of check in they said we don’t have smoking room.. or cancel your booking.. how one can cancel booking and bear loss of cancelling.

it was terrible experience in this hotel. The front office staff was very rude and they don't allow to allocate room because don't have for security deposit. told them to deposit equal amount in other currency but they not permit to allocate room and have to search other mode to stay for night (total two days paid and I stayed in another hotel with out any security. Next day checked in wit provided . The staff is non cooperative and the facilities are not available as mentioned in details given by Make my trip. On checking in no one to guide to room and there is no toiletries and lift is terrible and s are to get in. Cokroches in room. TV not working and swimming pool closed. when ask them to check the TV and about cokroches they not responded. it's bad and terrible experience.

Nice place to stay and very good location in the heart of the city makes stay very comfortable and relaxing

Location is good but no food available at all. We booked the hotel for 2 nights but it is haunted place that we had to leave the room after 1 night. There is no hotel staff just one lady at reception and if u have to use the washroom in lobby, its locked and u have to take keys but most importantly, lobby is too big area and entire empty and its scary. We stayed at 6th floor and no other guest on the floor, hotel has 14 floors but hardly we could see any rooms occupied. The reception service is available till 11 pm so if u planned to check end moment at night, u cannot do as passports are locked with reception person.

Terrible. Don't book this hotel reception is at 4 th floor. You had to take your luggage no bell boy. I had booked junior suites. Air conditioner not working even after technician visit and repair. They had limited room service only tea and coffee. No ice

My stay at indra regent was about average as far as the hotel services are concerned. The breakfast was fixed menu with hardly any variety. Room service or reception services out of working hours is not there. The only and major advantage is of its location which gives you a great deal for shopping fun.

The ambience was good. Location was great, shopping mall in same building. Close to many indian restaurants.

No hotel staff at hotel entrance to help. Had to carry luggage to 4th floor to check in no buffet breakfast, and a-la- carte breakfast offered non edible. Sole person unresponsive to complaints. Money paid for entire stay for breakfast which i did not have not refunded by hotel. Very disappointed by facilities provided.

Although the location of this hotel, i'd perfect, in the middle of shopping hug, however, few things which i didn't liked abt the hotel 1. During checkin, the staff asked me to deposit security deposit of 3000 baht, which was not mentioned at the time of booking 2. There were no basic amenities provided in the room, for ex, tooth brush, paste and all 3, only 1 lt water provided in room 4. Ac was in a poor condition

Good property location, bang on the market for shopping, very limited facilities with no faucet in washroom

Location is very good for indians, as there are option for indian food & market, but they don't have a jetspary in washroom

Experience was horrible. There no proper room service. No accessories in bathrooms. Very old property.

Nice property location. But less amenities. Located at the heart of bangkok with lots of cloth market & indian restaurants. Can stay again.
