The place is situated right in the heart of the city, you'll never forget the traffic jam of Bangkok by trying to get off this place specially between 5-9 Pm. Avoid booking cabs if you can manage metro. The facilities in the room like washing machine, microwave oven, fridge, 2 TV's, modular kitchen, crockery etc. are simply beyond your expectations. Rooms are not very big however very comfy. Washroom is very clean and bathtub is great. The pool was not heated up and ends the moment it starts. The morning breakfast buffet is limited and fried rice is the only option for veg pool (whole week). Overall a very comfortable stay specially you traveling with kids. Full marks for cleanliness.

Stayed a night with my family in premium cottage. The rooms were ok and good for a small family. Food is satisfied, it's almost like a home cook food and suits for Childers and elders. Garden and play area are maintained well. Feedback time to change the towels, bed spread and bed sheets. It's old though it's washed)

Friendly and helpful staffs, the tuk tuk dropping service till the main road/bts station was a plus point. Rooms and bathroom are clean. They provide clothes rack for drying clothes and pots and pans were also available on loan without any extra charges. Will definitely stay there again in my next trip.

Excellent location, boutique Arcadia Suites Bangkok, polite staff, very limited food menu but excellent food. One little thing disappointed us as at the time of check out they wanted to charge us for disposable room sleepers which my son left at the pool By mistake.

The best Arcadia Suites Bangkok in town the friendly staff are always ready to help and if you are a smoker then you need to come to the lobby and you can't smoke in the room they don't have a smoking room. Over all good experience

Booked a superior room as i stayed single but the area is enough with a comfortable bedroom and a living area attached with wi-fi tv in both rooms. Bathroom also decent enough but the services are just ok due to language problem as most of the staff dont speak and understand english
