The shower room and bathtub is combing, I wish these are separate, the receptionist is cold than I imagine, most important of all, they arrange my room to first floor, when I ask them to arrange my room to higher floor, I’m asked to pay more money, it’s disappointing.

A very perfect location in the city. Ease access to Public Transport and Restaurants. Very friendly and supportive staff. Communication in English is little poor but still not bad. Improved quality in food considering global standard would be a value addition.
